Our 3-story, dual climate glass Wine Tower is located in the center of the restaurant, putting wine at the heart of Excelsior, literally and figuratively. This one-of-a-kind display was designed exclusively for Excelsior by Adam Tihany, holds 7,000 bottles; 900 bins of sparking, white and red wines from around the world.  

Wine Director Brahm Callahan's list offers recognizable and popular selection, as well as many new and unknown wines for the adventurous wine lover.  Food & Wine recognized Excelsior as having one of the Top Ten New Wine Lists in the country during our first year of service.  Since then, Excelsior has garnered top awards from Boston Magazine, Wine Enthusiast and The Wine Spectator.
